The Ocean Gate staff had an opportunity to relax during our 2025 Wellness Day on Friday afternoon. We had a visit from Thompson Physical Therapy who provided a fantastic stress circuit, we had some "puppy therapy" from All Fur One Pet Rescue, some chair yoga and dance classes, and even a trip down memory lane with the Nintendo station. It was a nice way to say thank you to our staff and build in some time to relax and let go as we head into a busy spring!
